Configuring a Claims Workflow for Cross-Product Integration

In addition to configuring the custom fields, panels, and screens necessary for the claims workflow, there are some fields that must be configured with the appropriate field codes for use when integrating with other Insurity product applications. For instructions on creating fields, see the section on Managing Fields. The field codes described below must be created and added to a Claims workflow for the integration to work.
Note: When configuring fields in the Bridge Specialty Suite, field codes are generated via the Name field. Users must enter the appropriate field code below to create the fields properly. The Label Text field can be used to display a custom label for the field is necessary.
